Success
Stories!
Graduates
of The Early Learning Institute
have moved on to find much success in
their lives. Share in some of their stories:
BRIDGET was born with Down
syndrome. She was very withdrawn and shy upon entering our
program where she received occupational, physical, and speech
and language therapies. She is now in a regular education
classroom with an aide. Bridget speaks well and enjoys visiting
with friends and family. Her activities also include volunteering
in a nursing home. Her success has led her to win many awards
and ribbons through the Special Olympics.
JASON began in the preschool
program at our Turtle Creek Center with developmental delays
in all areas. He received occupational, and speech and language
therapy two times a week. Once nonverbal, Jason now enjoys
interacting with children his age with his new communication
skills.
BRIAN entered The Early
Learning Institute with global developmental delays and required
the use of a feeding tube. Because of our professional staff
working with Brian and helping him through our program with
specialized services, he now enjoys snacks and mealtime with
his peers. |
